【发货公告】狐狸叶售后期限与赠品补发

[Announcement] Fox's Ye Sales Returns Time Limit and Free Gift Replenishment  

狐狸叶娃娃于上周已全部寄出！海外的朋友请记得处理一下集运付款。

因为娃娃制作完成后寄到代理的仓库时已经临近春节假期，所以来不及在二月发货，代理在假期一结束已经马不停蹄地一一将娃娃寄出，这周应该都已经到货。期间带来的不便我们致上万分的歉意，同时感激感谢你们的信任和耐心。

We had deliver all Fox's Ye soft toys last week, for those oversea buyers, please remember to confirm your International Forwarding Service on Taobao.

 

When our products delivered to our dealer, it's near CNY holiday, we apologize that we couldn't make it in February.The moment they start working, all products have been shipped immediately, there should be arrive by this week (or latest next week). We really sorry for those inconvenient, at the same time, we truly appreciate all your trust and patient. 

（1）狐狸叶娃娃的售后处理期限为：

• 3月13日直到3月27日

在这期间我们将回收被反馈有瑕疵的娃娃，并在之后重新制作再寄回给您，邮费由我们负责。一旦超过这期限则逾时不候，感谢您的理解。

(1) Time limit for theafter-sale service:

 

• 13 March until 27 March

 

If there have any defective been found, we will replace a new one and return to you, but only between this time limit, so please inform us as soon as possible if there have any problem.

（2）贴纸赠品的补发通知

由于寄出娃娃属当务之急，则赠品于仓促间没能一起寄出，预计这几天将会重新补发。赠品为四张6X6(cm)的PVC贴纸，感谢您的理解！

(2) Free Gift Replenishment

 

Because we want to send out all the soft toys first. So in the hurry we didn't put the free gift together, there will be send out between these few days. The free gift is 4 type of PVC stickers in 6x6(cm)size.
